Night Vision is a product provided by Darkce (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”). When you use our services, we may collect and use information about you. This Privacy Policy is closely related to the Night Vision services you use. 1. Information We Collect

When we or our third-party partners provide services, we may collect, store, and use the following information related to you. If you do not provide such information, you may be unable to register as our user, to enjoy certain services we provide, or to achieve the intended effects of relevant services.

TrueDepth API — Our app uses the device camera and Apple’s TrueDepth API to automatically collect information. The sole purpose of this information is to measure the distance from a face or other object to the device and to generate images based on that distance. Users may save measurement photos (typically photos of the user’s face) to the local photo library. Any information collected by the TrueDepth API never leaves the user’s device and is not permanently stored on the device. We do not use our app to collect any personal information. We do not collect, use, store, or access any of your personal data within our app. The system may request permission to access your photo library solely so you can store photos created in the app. We do not process that information at all. In addition, if you take photos, location data may be saved in the image, but we cannot access that data and we do not share it with anyone.

2. Storage of Information

2.1 Methods and Duration of Storage

We store your information securely, including via local storage (e.g., in-app data caching), databases, and server logs.
In general, we only retain your personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes of the services or as required by laws and regulations.

2.2 Location of Storage

We do not transfer or store your personal information across borders. If cross-border transfer or storage becomes necessary in the future, we will inform you of the purpose of the data export, the recipient, the security measures, and potential security risks, and obtain your consent.

2.3 Notice When Products or Services Cease Operation

If our products or services cease operation, we will notify you via push notifications, announcements, or other means, and within a reasonable period delete your personal information or anonymize it, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.
